Stepping into leadership in allied health is rarely straightforward.

Most of us were trained to be excellent clinicians, not to lead teams, navigate conflict, manage performance issues, or hold the emotional weight of organisational change. Yet suddenly, we’re expected to do all of it confidently and competently.

The Essential Leadership Workshop was created to bridge that gap. 

Drawing on 15 years in the industry and a decade of leadership experience across state government (including NSW Health,  and the Department of Communities and Justice), private practice and not-for-profits, this workshop supports new and emerging leaders to move from reactive and uncertain to grounded, clear and capable.

I combine my front line industry experience with additional training I've undertaken including; Brene Brown's Dare To Lead, Leadership Coaching and Neuroscience in Leadership. 

This is practical and immersive, real-world leadership development designed specifically for the relational, high-pressure environments of allied health, community and welfare services.
